Ambience Air Conditioning Rockingham, Baldivis, Wellard [CALLS ONLY]

We found Neil to be an open and honest sales person who worked hard to get us a great deal on a good brand ducted air conditioner. They were competitive on price and the most customer service orientated during the pre-sale phase. Dee in the office was a pleasure to deal with and the installation team was fantastic. Minus one star as the installed unit had a fault which was only discovered by the electrician. This was towards the end of the day, so it wasn’t rectified until the afternoon of the second full day faulty. I understand this was not a fault of Ambience Air, but I feel as if the communication could have been better during this time. Ambience Air do not undertake the servicing/warranty claims which would have otherwise been fine, but being faulty on installation - I felt frustrated having to deal with a third party business and take more time off work. The airconditioner now works beautifully and we are happy with the end result.

There are a lot of Air Conditioning companies around. But I would highly recommend the team at Ambience Air Rockingham. They worked hard to give me the best deal on a fantastic product. They were open and honest, providing expert advice as well as making sure I was getting a great product for my $$. Installation was great, there was hardly any mess around at all and they were quickly on hand to assist when I thought there was a fault (which turned out to be user error anyway lol). If you want good Air Con, go and see Neil and the team at Ambience Air Rockingham, you wont be sorry.

Dee and Neil were a pleasure to deal with when looking to install my new ducted air conditioner. They were very detailed in the process for installing a ducted air conditioner which was smooth and efficient. The installers helped me decide the best locations for the ducts and how to use the new E-Zone tablet correctly. I would highly recommend Ambiance Air.
