Friendly, helpful staff, wide range of products (not just fabric), heaps of parking and the store is usually not too full so it's easy to move around and get assistance.

I've given this store a 5 star because of the service I received. The ladies were amazing, kind and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, for such a large store they only had 2 staff on for the day. The store was very large and appeared to be well stocked.

It’s like I’m in the twilight zone. I feel like I’m almost alone in the shop. While they have a good range of items there are usually very few customers if any and staff are very scarce and untrained. The girl who served me last week had no clue whatsoever. Luckily I know what I’m look for. I usually only go to lincraft if I can’t find what I want at Spotlight.

Service was wonderful! Shout out to Susan, she was very friendly and helpful. Decent range of fabric and yarn. Building is creepy as hell though, like a cross between a Walmart and a spotlight.

General impression is that they are reducing the floor stock they carry as there was a large empty area blocked off from customers.
