I have been using Logan Insurance for many years as they are very professional and ensure I'm covered and most importantly can claim if I need to. Logans have taught me insurance is only important when you need to claim and if you have one of their policies they make sure it's right. I recently moved my elderly parents over too as their memory isn't so good and I know Andrew and Monique will ensure their policies don't lapse.

Started out really well, great communication but absolutely no service or even a response to my emails since. Had a huge insurance claim issue, I was lucky to get a hold of the broker, we spoke and told me he would step in and do what he could but completely ignored all correspondence after that. Policy costs have escalated year on year and I can't seem to get an answer to my emails or a call back...they just keep sending the bills. I am shocked at these positive reviews...I am just an individual so maybe companies get serviced and the rest ignored. Find a broker who is invested in you or just get your own policy online.
