This place fits 3 P's...... Presentation, Products and Price. A comfortable and noiseless environment to enjoy refreshment and food . The staff are very courteous and friendly. Give a go at Weak Chai Latte !

That huskee cap promo was not good for me. (Buy a cup and have a free coffee for the week)Asked on Thursday and was told that better to start on Monday otherwise it will only be two days of free coffee .Was back on Monday, got cup, coffee. All good.Back on Tuesday. Was told that promo finished last week. Disappointed. No trust.

The Precinct by Toby's Estate
Great coffee and great staff. It can be pretty busy in the mornings, bit the quality is consistent and prices are better than other Barangaroo cafe's. There is a discount for bringing a reusable cup, and full cream, skim, soy and almond milk is offered. Dine in and takeaway are available.

Coffee was solidly crafted. Got the very fillingprosciutto bagel and Portuguese chicken wrap (excellent value for the price and for food to go). Finished with the biscoff cookie which was surprisingly good.Friendly staff who helped my party choose food.
