Excellent gym Jordan is an awesome trainer. I have achieved all my goals and more. When I first started at the gym I was suffering from right shoulder bursitis, right shoulder rota cuff tendinitis and a frozen right shoulder. I was miserable and in constant pain, with restricted movement of my right shoulder. Within 12 weeks after 3 sessions a week and a specifically tailored program for my needs I was totally pain free with full range of motion in my right shoulder. 14 months later I continue at the gym and I have new goals and continue to benefit and enjoy the individualised program that meets my needs.

Positive, encouraging, friendly and most importantly extremely sound knowledge of rehab processes and strength building exercises after back surgery. Josh made the sessions enjoyable, comfortable and yet challenging each time. He demonstrated a sound knowledge of my surgery and the best way to strengthen my body again post surgery so that I am stronger than I ever was. He developed a home program to work on and gave clear easy instructions on my exercises as well as run me through them so I developed the right techniques before heading home with them. I can’t recommended Josh enough. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for any assistance in the future.

I've never been a gym person. Now almost 72, I want to maintain my good health. Without help I'd have no idea what to do in a gym. I have Osteopenia so being shown how to do bone strengthening exercises is very important to me. Josh is so knowledgeable and gives me such encouragement and guidance. He designs my program to my needs. I can do things I never thought I could do. For example, I had a stiff and sore left knee for many months and couldn't bend it and now I can do full swats ... and get up again! Josh doesn't push me, but encourages me to go just a bit more, and it always works. I'm so glad I'm attending Bass Strength, and staying well.

Jordan and Josh are highly knowledgable across all facets of exercise and rehab. They have allowed me to avoid surgery on my hip and keep playing the sport I love. Highly recommend these guys. Consider them before defaulting to a physio for your musculoskeletal issues

I wish I knew years ago what I do now about Bass Strength. I could have saved myself a lot of pain, money, and time.After a fall 7 years ago I was left with very limited rotation and movement in my right wrist and damage to my right shoulder. These injuries over the years then lead to significant issues in both shoulders, back, and elbows together with a lack of upper body strength.Over the 7 years I have tried multiple gyms with an aim to improve my strength and fitness but at every gym when a session got to an exercise that was difficult due to my limited rotation and movement, they would simply tell me to sit the exercises out or to do some stretches or cardio. Never addressing the issue or looking for a way to improve or fix it.After a recommendation from a friend who told me, “Jordan, will fix your wrist rotation in no time” I decided it was worth a try. I found that Bass Strength is anything but a standard gym. I had a personal consultation with Jordan to assess my limitations, and he asked about my life, and goals, and created a specific plan to match my needs.At Bass Strength you have a specific time slot and you may be there solo or in a small group but every person is doing their own specific program and working towards their own goals. With Jordan, El, and Josh on the floor at any given time you are constantly monitored to ensure you are doing the exercise correctly, assisted, and encouraged throughout your session.With my specific program I saw improvements within the first 2 months that I didn’t think were ever possible. I now have full rotation in my right wrist and the daily pain in my shoulders, back and elbows has disappeared. It’s hard to believe I now wake up each morning without pain. Now 6 months in my upper body strength has greatly increased as has my overall fitness, balance, and mobility. Through the support of Joran and the team I have created better habits throughout many aspects of my life, and for someone who has never liked the gym I now do everything possible to ensure that I am at Bass every day.The knowledge, experience, and passion that Jordan and his team have is phenomenal. There are no egos, competition, or stock standard work outs at Bass Strength. It truly is a positive, encouraging, and friendly environment in which you are assisted and supported in every way.I highly recommend Bass Strength.
