Beautiful clean and modern room and wonderful friendly staff. Megan at the front desk went out of her way for us and couldn't be nicer. Will be back for sure

Megan (owner) is very helpful and friendly. The motel has a small carpark tight fit if full. Room was small, bed was great large and comfortable. Nice quick stay, close to Gas station across the road road 7/11.

The owner was friendly. The room was good and clean. But WiFi doesn't work for the room in the corner (room 6). The owner tries to help but can't find a solution.The room was nice and quiet until the A/C switched on from next door. The A/C unit was outside the window which it's next to the bed. It was noisy and loud and non-stop.

Absolutely amazing service! Megan was very accommodating & helpful! Was able to check out late with no notice. Rooms were clean & tidy. Good location, hot showers, very comfy beds. Would recommend to anyone, we will be back.

Walked into Muswellbrook Motor Inn while desperately looking for a night’s accommodation as I wasn’t going to stay where I was originally booked. Was met at the front desk by owner Megan who was extremely helpful, very pleasant and went above and beyond to accommodate me. As I didn’t have a vehicle I had walked the streets in the extreme heat to find somewhere else to stay. Megan even locked up the Motel and drove me to pick up my bags and returned me to a beautiful comfortable room for a great night’s sleep. There is a box of chocolates coming your way Megan. You just can’t beat good country hospitality.

Such a good price for the cleanliness and easy going and friendly staff. Can not complain about the bed I slept like a baby. Over all very happy with this motel. Will definitely be back. Also great location with food and drink very close.

Stayed here over the weekend, was just perfect for me & 3 kids.The room was cute & very clean.My kids loved the swimming pool! Staff was lovely & very friendly - will definitely be staying again!Thank you Megan & your lovely staff.

Very clean and nice room, also staffs are very nice!

The room was ok although we didn’t have enough bowls for the 3 people staying. The motel wouldn’t be wheelchair accessible as the car park to the rooms is made of lots of stones.
