Bayles Fauna Reserve
The place is eerily empty if humans and procedure is unclear. We paid the $2 entrance at the drop box, entered and wandered. There are kangaroos roaming and some other penned animals. It was nice, but seemed like the world had moved on from there.

Lovely park, not abundant with wildlife, but you can spot the odd kangaroo and the emu followed us around. Some bird life also. Nice bush walk (easy) about half an hour to 3/4 hr relaxed pace. Cheap to enter and barbeque area just outside. You could easily spend a couple of hours.

Bush walking with a difference. Not a great deal of fauna visible, but certainly evidence of wild life. With two chatty kids, we may have missed some, but we did see three kangaroos, ducks, cockatoos, two emus, rabbits, and some deer in the distance through a fence. It was lovely

Found this place by accident. Saw one Emu is a large run, and another in another run, and two startled deer running away. That's it. So not much Fauna but it's a very pleasant place for a quiet walk around

Looks great.I didn't stay long because there was an overly friendly emu who wouldn't leave us alone.

Great place to see some wildlife. There are loads of Kangaroos. For a gold coin donation it is a really cool activity. Highly recommended.

Bayles Fauna Reserve
Neglected and desolate but a nice walk. Honesty system for entry fee ($2 for adults and $1 for kids). Saw one kangaroo and one emu but nothing else. Supposed to be a frog pond but couldn't find it! Signs were fallen over, fences sagging or falling down and the map was illegible as I don't think it's been updated since 1974. There are volunteers and apparently a working bee once a month but I'm not sure what they do as the place is so run down. Could be a great fauna park but instead I'd call it a reserve with walking tracks. It was still a nice place for a walk around and some fresh air but not much more than that. There is a playground before the entrance with toilets near the public hall and bbqs so we salvaged the day with a play in the playground and ice cream from the general store.
