BUYER BEWARE!!! They are not approved retailers with the Clean Energy Council and therefore you will have no protection (despite saying they are on their website). The sales representative is a contractor, the installers are contractors and therefore any warranty issues will become your issue to resolve, if you can. Once the deposit is paid it will be close to impossible to get in contact. We fortunately realised through the installation process that this company was not able to deliver on their contract and cancelled however, and only once we threatened with action by the ACCC, Clean Energy Council and Department of Fair Trading were we able to get any response to get our deposit back. It has been stressful and I would highly recommend that you stay away from these guys.

Like to thank Alex especially for his quick replies and how quick he was able to action the Installation of our panels. Very professional and would highly recommend A2Z Solar Energy.

I Had a great experience with A2Z. Grateful to Alex for guiding me through the process and for great customer service. They educated me with functionality of the system and helped me to choose the best one for my house. Highly recommended!

solar does not work with full sun and a2z wont fix it

If I could give them 0 I would. Arranged with salesman to go ahead with quote. Paid the $300 deposit and signed the contract. Project was delayed and eventually salesman has resigned and said to call the company about a refund. Waited about 4mths in total and still no solar. Can't get hold of them to discuss refund and left with no alternative but to go to Dept of Fair Trading to logde an application. Don't believe me? Try ringing them yourself on the numbers provided......

Don't trust these guys, if they agree on something verbally. They are liars. I would never recommend them.

Was given amazing deal no one could match it. Very happy until 3 months later having error code on the fronius inverters I email 5 times 4 calls and no reply to fix. Very poor customer service.
