Andavine House Bed & Breakfast
Ann and David were wonderful hosts and very helpful. The accommodation was very spacious and comfortable, especially the mattress and pillows. It was lovely to sit on the deck and look out over the paddocks. We felt like we were miles from anywhere but we were conveniently located to the amenities of Grafton.Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely hostess who is very welcoming and set out tea/coffee and cakes when we arrived late afternoon. Anne is very helpful with information on restaurants and things to do. The b&b is very cosy with a huge deck overlooking the flood Plains. Lovely sitting out there for breakfast and afternoon tea. Lovely sitting room and dining area. Is a huge place with the guest room, sitting room, laundry room, deck area occupying a big area of the back wing of the house. Clean and modern toilet and shower. Highly recommended!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stopover stay with Ann and David at Andavine House, the accommodation was tops, super comfy bed and huge private space to relax in. Balcony for breakfast is lovely, nature on the doorstep. Hospitality from Ann and David, just perfect.
