R&J Batteries. Was fast reliable counties. The manager and staf was fast and placed 2 new batteries on my weelchair. The manager did not hesitate he rang and was on the phone looking out for me.

I was quoted for a battery over the phone, confirmed the price over the phone again to make sure I heard it right. When I made my trek to store they gave me a significantly higher price, which wasn't very competitive. It's possible they made a mistake with there initial pricing, but didn't acknowledge it, just shrugged it off.I asked what other competitive batteries they had, they recommended one which had significantly less CCA then recommended for my car which still didn't seem very competitive.

The service that I received today from here (R & J Batteries, Wetherill Park, NSW) was extraordinary. Though I was cheated by my previous battery retailer with an used battery for a price of brand new one, this team here was so kind and gentle and understood my situation and replaced my battery with a BIG smile. Thought my battery was on the way out. They had a good price on a replacement battery but the load test they did for free confirmed the old battery still has life in it. Good price and service = a new customer.
