After renting a commercial property through this real estate I do not recommend their services. They lack professionalism and an understanding of common curtesy, etiquette and any form of friendliness. If you are looking for a real estate to rent through do yourself a favour and avoid this business. There is no communication provided by the property managers between the tenant and the landlord which was proven by our property manager Dee. As this is the fundamental core of their role as a real estate don't waste your time or money.

Approx 2 months and 4 unreplied emails in regards to bond not being returned. No exit form given to fill out and no consultation on bond cleaning. A $800 bond cleaning charge without discussion on an empty 3 bedroom house that already had carpet cleaning and pest control done. GST charged even though their cleaner is not registered to collect GST! No return phone call from the absent rental manager either when called regarding matter. Steer clear of the Blackwater office if you can! Our next step is the tennancy tribunal.

Worst experience I've ever had with a real estate agent. No response to emails or request for repairs, very poor communication, and unprofessional. Stay away if you can. Been waiting months for repairs. And even had the nerve to increase rent. I've had to issue a notice to remedy breach still no response to that. Next step is a dispute to the RTA.. wish I could give 0 stars.

My experience was good. They communicated as much as they could for a small town realestate. Lovely ladies. Responded to my emails that day if she wasn't on her days off.Rang and communication was on point. Lovely ladies thankyou.

Pathetic, I came to complain about one of you're drivers driving over the speed limit and nearly running over my family my 1year old and 2year old. No care factor about knowing their car rego papers cause apparently that's not important nor people lives that are walking the street. Cops were called ya maggots

I would not wish this realestate on my worst enemy, absolutely horrible experience!

Very unprofessional and very rude to potential rentals. My partner and I applied for a house through vision, they gave me a phone to arrange an inspection time and was all good. Couple days later I looked up on the realestate app and the house that we had an inspection time was gone, so I emailed them asking if it had been canceled as the house was taken down and I hadn’t been notified to say it was canceled or anything. They emailed be back couple days later to say “as per phone call this agency cannot help you with a rental. Application declined” I had not been email or got a phone call to say it had been cancelled or declined. The last phone call I got was talking about an inspection time. Find out couple weeks later that there was a young lady that I went to school with and they declined me for a house because I went to school with her and I rejected her in school. This was about 6 years ago now when I went to school with her and I’ve moved on in life engaged to my partner for 4 years now. I find it very unprofessional and bias all because I rejected one of the young ladies when I was in school with her. Absolute joke

Could not believe the unprofessional behaviour of Dee. Was ridiculously unnecessaryly rude to potential renters. Dee was so abrupt and unprofessional to the references when she called them. To the point she sounded like she was barking at my listed references. Dee sent out incorrect contracts and when we politely asked for the correct contracts Dee proceeded to swear at the potential renters and called them a waste of time.

Very poor experience as a buyer would not recommend this business
