Family Day Care - bestchance Child Family Care | Who are bestchance Family Day Care? bestchance Family Day Care (FDC) is a unique childcare service operating from homes. bestchance Family Day Care was established in 2014 at the height of Local Governments closing their programs. Educators from councils such as Boroondara, Whitehorse, Frankston, Yarra Ranges and Knox made bestchance their chosen provider when the doors closed on them. Since then, bestchance Family Day Care has proven itself to be a service that both families and Educators are drawn to. In 2018, bestchance Family Day Care was shortlisted as one of four National Finalists in the Family Day Care Australia Excellence in Family Day Care Awards. What makes us different? Our Educators place a high level of importance on delivering the best possible care to children. Families recognise that Educators really want to get to know them and their children and provide individualised attention. The home environment provides a safe place for children to relax. In addition, our Educators are sensitive to each child’s emotional and physical needs, and provide consistent and responsive care. Our Educators are closely supported and monitored by the bestchance Coordination Unit, made up of staff who are highly qualified and experienced in the Early Childhood industry. Our Coordination Unit staff make regular visits to the Educators home and develop close working partnerships with children and families. Our Coordination Unit staff compliment these home visits by providing weekly playgroups and Bush playgroups which bring Educators and children together to play and learn. Where are we? We have over 100 Educators available in the following municipalities: Bass Coast, Baw Baw, Boroondara, Cardinia, Casey, Frankston, Greater Dandenong, Knox, Manningham, Maroondah, Monash, Mornington Peninsula, Whitehorse and Yarra Ranges. Our Educators are supported from our three offices, Glen Waverley, Pakenham and Bayswater North.
