Majestic Motorhomes & Bega Caravan Repairs

Nicole and lyle have been amazing, customer service is 10 out of 10 they have always fitted us in to service our jayco caravan, also fitting us in immediately when our door lock broke. They have done modifications to our van installing a diesel heater and custom making a fuel tank cover for the heater install. They are currently liasing with jayco to complete work under warranty for us too. I can highly recommend majestic to anyone they are an asset to the caravan motorhome industry.

Just the phone call was wonderful, so helpful. I hope they can help our problem, when we get there...but I would be pretty sure whatever happens, these people would be worth the drive. The difference in a great experience starts with the first contact. 10/10 for this, thankyou.

We bought a caravan privately that originally came from Majestic Motorhomes. Having a unforeseen issue and then showing up unannounced Nicole went well beyond the call of duty assisting us. We were blown away by how quickly they resolved our problem and are very grateful.

Our Coachmen Caravan was taken to Majestic caravans to have a slide out repair. Nicole was very proactive in telling us that they could assist in selling our van. After Lyle efficiently completed the works Nicole listed the Coachmen on their website and a sale was made within a week. We were sorry to see our van go thinking of all the happy times we had in it but we were very impressed in the service and efficiency of Majestic motorhomes. It was a pleasure to do business with them. They kept us informed of progress with the repair and the sale constantly. Thanks Doug and Jenni Mcadam.

We would like to say a huge thankyou to Nicole and Lyle for all the assistance they gave us with the repairs and upgrades to our van. We found out we had significant water damage to the front our van while in WA last year. When Lyle started the search/repairs with the water damage it was greater than first thought. Nicole and Lyle kept us fully informed, asking us to come to view the damage before the repairs started..Naturally we were devastated to see what had happened to our pride and joy. But with lots of reassurance from Lyle the repairs would be successful. Wow !!!!! What a magnificent job was done. We are totally impressed with the finished job, Nicole going above and beyond to research to find comparable colours with the needed new panelling. We were kept informed as to what was happening and even informing us that we needed a wheel alignment. Lyle also did a lithium battery upgrade as well as a few repairs. We had Lyle repair air bag suspension last year, fitting us in so we could get away on our trip to the west.We are just waiting till we can get away and fun again in our van knowing that we wont have any problems.A huge thankyou to you all and we have no hesitation in recommending Majestic Motor Homes.John and Di Mutch

I have had majestic motor homes attend to work required on my caravan at various times over the past years. I have always found that they are pleasant, punctual with timing, communicate well, and that all the work is completed to a high standard.I am currently travelling however have specifically returned to the area in order to have a new awning put on my caravan and some electrical work attended to, as I know, from previous experience with majestic motorhomes, that the work will be well done. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances.Everything was promised, nothing delivered. The promised repair time of 2 - 2 1/2 months extended to at least 4 - 5.The van sat in their yard for two months before we contacted them to check on progress. At that time they had not even contacted the insurance company to have it assessed.We were told outright lies ( confirmed by our insurance company.)The repair costs were astronomical- over $7100 for a cooktop and new bench! It worked out around $6000 for the bench top alone. We have subsequently got a quote from a cabinet maker for under $900 for the bench top. The cooktop was paid for by the insurance company..When it came to trying to solve our concerns we were simply told they would not do the job and to get the van out of their yard the next day.When we went to retrieve the van and the cooktop there was no apology or explanation of the problems, just a comment that the cooktop was “ on the table over there.”Go somewhere else!

Being from Victoria not knowing anyone in Bega. Glad I found Majestic. First service of a new caravan with modifications. Repairs, welded & fitted a new Black Jack Professional and smooth. Great family business.
