Was extremely disappointed going here because I had read positive reviews.I got a mani pedi and paid for them to do cuticle work, buffing etc but none of this happened for my pedicure. They charged me for the extra tier for this work but they should have charged me for the express manicure pedicure. But they didn’t.The whole experience was over in 30 mins and it was done so badly. My nails had catches and weren’t smooth and the paint job was patchy and on my thumb had small bubbles. Not to mention my feet only soaked for less than a minute before they started working on them and drained the water away. They didn’t even soak for 2 minutes. Soooo disappointing. Do not recommend. Save your money!!!

Ok so here’s the dealAs someone Eastern European, I have a very high standard to what a manicure should look like. You know, the nail salon where you get not just your “nails done”, but all the proper attention to details, cleanliness, service etc.So for the past 10 years of me living in Sydney - I gave up (at some point I have even stopped doing my nails all together, out of desperation).UNTIL TODAYIf you have only ever done your nails in Australia - you are up for a treat!If you are Eastern European like me - you are also up for a treat, but also a relief that your hands can be happy again, as they used to be.I also highly recommend for everyone to switch to the Bio Sculpture Gel EVO (maybe called slightly differently) as it actually keeps your nails healthy and strong.I had a pleasure to see Pat today, who was the absolutely next level of professionalism.You will thank me later!

Had a sns manicure and gel pedicure here yesterday. Ann did such a great job!! Highly recommend! Thorough and efficient. The rest of the staff was super nice also. Thank you

Been twice now once for manicure and second for pedicure. Very reasonable prices and very very good quality! I got gel nail polish three weeks ago and not a single chip or anything (as seen in photo). Staff is very nice and accommodating as well. Will be my local nail salon and will definitely be back! Lots of colour options as well.

Good service and attention to details. Reasonable price. Cuticular work was good on day 1, but on day 2 it started to peel off. Also dusty particles in the air impact the coating (see photo one and photo 2 within 1 hour).

So happy with the quality of the nails. I got builder gel and they did an amazing job

Been going to this salon since it started bec im a local. But been disappointed few times in a row now…the male attendant does not observe hygiene (no alcohol/sanitiser), even had to flick my fingers to remove the dust from buffing my nails - he just went on to apply nail polish. Skipped applying cream as well at the end of manicure, getting sloppy service for paying more so I moved on to a better salon in Surry Hills.
