Every time Ive got with his key cutting service its been fine. But he is very abrasive and rude.Usually I like to support local businesses and go out of my way to do so. Though, while in Bunnings I thought I could get my latest keys cut while I pick some other stuff up". I did just that. Not because they were cheaper but because he was rude to me last time. I don't understand people who sobatage their own income and businessI'll use his service if it suits me as his cut keys work fine. But not going to give him any preference."

Rude, expensive, and slow. 1) Bloke was incredibly rude and condescending when asked about simple questions on cost, and time lines. 2) The costs are twice what I paid normally for getting my shoes' soles changed at my regular cobbler. 3) Took a while for the the work to be complete compared to the 3 days at my regular cobbler.Hope that the world goes back to normal, where I can go back into the city to my office and can begin giving my shoes to my regular guy again.

Went to get three keys cut and only had issue with the 3rd key. Unable to open the door and went to get it fixed. Recut the worse key and said wont have issue. Aggressive when approached when told him didn’t work again . Anyway, mister mint did once and key cut beautifully. Won’t go to this place again .

Disrespectful. He give the key back by throwing it on the table. No smile at all.He just pointing and doesn't even look at me when I ask him about the location of the atm because he only accept cash.

Absolutely rude customer service. Asked him if he did any engraving on leather wallets and he told me to go to Macarthur and proceeded to talk and serve another customer whilst I was talking to him. Didn’t understand what he said because he was talking to another customer over me, so I stood there until he finished and when he saw me still standing there proceeded to say, “I told you four times to go to Macarthur!”Take your business elsewhere. Miserable and rude person!

Would not even give 1 STARFor this pathetic guy. This guy has taken rudeness to another level and the way he comments about the ladies passing by looking at the body. UhhkkkDisgusting. Guys please avoid this shop and yeah no locals goes there anyway.No customer service at all and will just ignore/insult/discriminate you.Heard these from many other locals as well and the shops around him. I thought of giving him some business as I support my locals but ohhh god. Worst decision. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN !!!

Attempted to have a car key repaired. He said my transponder was dead and I needed to go to ML to get it reprogrammed. ML stated it was only the battery that required replacing. Not so hard was it?

Sam is a rude bloke. Hides behind his front counter leering at the school girls walking past. Thinks he's a tough guy till you stand up to him. Don't bother going here unless you feel like being verbally abused.
