I went and gave Nick a 22Karat earring and another single hoop earring, and he scammed me with a single dainty piece of Lovisa jewelry and in return gave me a small heart pendant…. claiming that this was the final product of melting my 2 earrings. I only received a 21Karat pendant. You can’t tell me this sounds right.

Nick was amazing. Easy to deal.with and really nice guy. Able to help me out with a custom sized ring.

Nick came highly recommended, unfortunately we didn’t experience the service we had heard so much about.My partner and I dropped off two rings, one to be dipped again and one to have a diamond replaced, the band strengthened, to be rhodium dipped and to be resized from an O to an R1/2. We were quoted one week, and $380 - $400… they may have been the only words spoken the entire time by Nick. He’s certainly not a man with great communication skills.After the first week I rang and he didn’t seem to know what I was talking about, but said it wasn’t finished.After the second week, I was told one more week. Not finished.I rang back at the third week and was told still not finished.We eventually picked up our rings five weeks later and we were charged $420. After trying on mine, it wouldn’t fit. I said that but I assumed that my fingers were puffy that day. I have since been losing weight and have left the ring sitting on my dresser, but it just wouldn’t fit.I took it to another jeweller today who advised the ring is a P1/4, so it was never resized to the R1/4 as quoted.So not only was the final price higher than the quote, but I now have to pay another jeweller to resize the ring to the size I already asked for.The only reason I gave 3 stars instead of less is because the rings do look lovely.

Absolutely stunning, have had multiple pieces made by Nick and they have all been beautiful and reasonably priced.
