Dr Sashini work ethics are horrible. Met the Dr 15minutes past the booked time and explained everything to her in less than 3minutes as we were already late for the next appointment. Told us we should go & monitor the condition and book another appointment in 2days. When we told her that can not happen she started arguing with us and delaying the appointment. Continued with her delaying tactics and at one moment leaving the room for a couple minutes, did all this so that she can keep us in her office and charged us $140. She is so unprofessional.Asked at the reception where i can write/make a formal complaint but refused to give me any number/email.

AVOID. Highly ignorant and poorly educated doctors. And why are they still mandating the wearing of masks? And they mix bill. Absolute waste of money

Best place to book an appointment. I have been visiting this place for more than 2 years and from receptionist to their GP’s has been very helpful and kind. And also with reasonable cost. Highly recommend :)

Highly recommended: Dr Kim is very kind and he was really patient with me, he took the time to explain everything and was really empathic. The nurse was really nice too. They were attentive and nice when it was really difficult for me. The receptionist are great too. This is a great practice. Thank you.

Very disappointed! The customer service in the front desk is so bad. I made an appointment 10:30 and arrived about 10:35 because of the rain. And then I was told that you’ve missed your appointment!!! We did told you that you have to come earlier!!I’m like can I reschedule? They said no! It is my fault that a bit late but didn’t expect I can not do anything! Could you phone me to let me know if I ve already missed I asked . And the other customer service get very rude to me saying: is it our responsibility to phone you when you are late ? I thought so at least get me text so that I won’t drive all the way here for nothing!!! They could let their patience wait for long time and they couldn’t not allow you be late ! And the thing is when they talk to you they blame on you instead of trying to help reschedule or help you out! I get this is how they loss customers! And they probably don’t care!

I saw Dr Daniel Kim today, he was the most helpful doctor I have ever seen. He treated me as an individual patient to make sure I was getting specialized care instead of generalizing my issues. I will never go to a different doctor in Australia!

We have very bad experience from the reception handling persons, they are not doing their job professionally, when asking something in detail, they hang up the phones, the management of the above surgery take action against such behaviour, otherwise U loose your business.When people call for their medical needs, such behaviour from the reception is not acceptable. Not recommended this surgery to anyone anymore.

Horrible experience, from beginning to end.First, there was a 30-minute delay in the appointment time, this time it was even better than the last one, which was ONE HOUR late. I don't understand why they make an appointment if they don't respect it.At the time of the appointment, because he was late and had even more patients to see, he made a 10-minute appointment, from start to finish Dr Timthy Ong didn't even look at me, he ignored what I was saying and just looked at the computer where I was finishing up some late report while attending me. I felt horrible.When paying, they charged extra fees and said they couldn't accept my private medical plan card because the machine was broken.I made 3 appointments at this clinic and one was worse than the other. Definitely do not recommend and will never return to this place.

Dr Isabelle Teo was very rude. She typed on the computer the whole time, didn't look at me. I found her difficult to understand and she couldn't or didn't want to answer my questions I had. She give me meds I didn't need and after I left I received a text message from my gov she was accessing my health records - there were no updates from her just reading my records?

Lousy attention and human quality.My friend went for treatment and arrived 5 minutes late because he missed the bus that was taking him (He does not have a car). They did not want to receive him. I understand that punctuality is a high value, but it seems to me that there has to be a bit of flexibility. When people go to the doctor, it is because they really have a problem. A lack of respect and care for the patient.
