Just purchased a lovely mirror but unfortunately the silver advertised mirror is actually more gold than silver which doesnt fit in with my decor.

Kevin and his wife were very friendly and easy to deal with. I purchased the 4m x 2m x 60cm garage shelving at a competitive price. The shelves take about an hour for one person to assemble. We are very satisfied with the service and the quality of the product.

Patiently hunting for a hallway mirror - right size, shape and colour. Found Kevin and Lilly on eBay and Gumtree. Amazing prices and very friendly and helpful when we went to view options. Would buy there again.

Friendly service. I appreciate that you opened the box (fish tank) and showed me that all parts were in working condition before the sale, without having to ask. Great little fish tank that was excellent value.

Kevin refuses to take responsibility for damage incurred to a property from his delivery. His van leaked oil all over a brand new driveway. We contacted them and they were rude on the phone, they refused to even consider rectification work. In fact he hung up on me the first time I called, the second he told me it was not his problem and to ring the office by this stage i was really annoyed and called the office where they showed absolutely no concern over the damage they had caused. Typical way business seems to be done these days - no care, no responsibility, and the end user pays for the damage caused by the supplier as it is just too hard to follow through and reach an outcome.EDIT: I just received a reply - interesting, the communication barrier is pretty obvious here - yes i did raise my voice as I was getting frustrated with the absolute dis respect shown by this company, but destroy the whole driveway and send a big bill is horse poo at the least, if you are going to lie, make it believable. I did say, if you dont fix it I will get it fixed and go to Q CAT and you will get a big bill...
