Having been reduced to surviving crime-to-crime by an ex-coworker stalker IT Helpdesk Assistant whom I never even dated, a stalker with Victoria Police officer accomplices participating in his crimes in broad daylight since 2009 at least - alongside bikies, I am suffering from PTSD. Being left to my own devices as crime-victims are in Australia, I need to reduce the obvious signs of 13+ years of trauma to have any hope of working for a salary again. As cyber-crimes devastating my life since 2009 are becoming known by the public, I hope they won't pose insurmountable barriers to working for a salary again for much longer.Tonya listened, offered practical advice, got me the best value for money options, and demonstrated how to use a hair-care device I haven't used before. Tonya didn't just sell stuff: she was able to breach the barriers of my PTSD, and gave me hope showing doable first steps back from the abyss of crime-victim isolation/despair. Thank you Tonya.

Brought a faulty product back to let them know. Started to tell i had no receipt. Didn't ask for a refund either. Woman at counter totally unterested as well a guy came and got upset and aggressive. Can just people advise to choose other places.

Found the lady in this particular store quite rude and condescending. Wasn't very helpful and had a attitude towards me for no apparent reason. The lady was in her mid to late 40s or so you would think she would have a common understanding of good customer service skills.

Excellent service and always friendly. I have been going to Ken for nearly 20 years and would not go anywhere else. Ken, Sonia and staff know you and treat everyone as a friend, and their prices are great.

Irene was lovely, my click and collect was waiting having been processed very quickly. Thank you for great service as it was packed to death with annoying shoppers, who I know are so hard to deal with x. Maddy

While I was having a toner applied to my hair the guy who works there kept saying how good it was and that it will last ages. But it turned out the wrong colour!! He then seemed to start blaming me and said it would come out in 2-3 washes! Needless to say I didn't pay full price and I wont be going back!!

Lady behind the counter in her mid 40’s with blonde hair, very rude! No customer service skills at all. All I did was ask a question, no smile and had an attitude. Shouldn’t be working behind the counter with an attitude like that!!

Had to ask for service, no prices on sale stock so I asked how much they were and was abruptly told that its 50% off what ever they scanned up as" which was not at all helpful and then I asked if there was the shampoo to match and she scoffed and said no. Horrible customer service - the older lady working there with glasses and brown hair seemed like she absolutely should not be in a customer service job. I honestly wish I hadn't bought anything from her

Honestly an amazing place, got my helix done. As soon as I walked in they immediately got me signing consent forms. The piercer and service people were absolutely lovely and my piercing looks so amazing, would highly recommend!!!

The blonde-ish short hair mid 40’s lady at the counter asked me if I needed help, which I did , because I have know idea what hair oil is or does . Very rudely was like “you gotta be more specific!” Ended up just buying the first one she showed me because I already knew she didn’t even want to be there or even want to help. Her attitude towards it all was bad and the experience was not at all pleasant . Will not be returning.
