Booth's Hyundai Sales - Tuggerah

Was a very very uncomfortable experience. I went there with the view of test driving a car and with a great start from Hyundai Australia i thought it would be a great experience. Instead i was met with “no one told us you were coming and no you dont want that car. Its too small for you” i was then told all about a different model and while it was one i was considering, it should have been my choice. As a woman car shopping is already an uncomfortable experience and that just completely ruined it for me. Even when he eventually did ask if i wanted to test drive the original vehicle i had had enough of feeling like i was being bulldozed and said no. Left and went and found a car with another dealership within 24hrs and had a much better experience. I al giving 2 stars instead of one because he did answer my questions well at times. Otherwise it would have been 1 star.

Very poor customer service. One star is actually one too many. They had 8 guys in the office not one came out to assist me and other customers and when we walked in they were just all having a laugh like it’s a prat party. Rude and incompetent service I ended up walking out and the others followed me shortly.

Had a great experience from start to finish. The team were incredibly lovely, gave me a great price for my trade in and a smooth sale process of our new Hyundai. We had many questions as we tried to make our decision and they had all the answers, but weren't to salesy and pushy. Felt genuine the whole time. The additional 2 years warranty from buying locally on the coast is a great bonus too!

With Booths Hyundai, I felt well looked after. Communication was very straight forward, thorough and professional; Wayne is a very knowledgeable car salesman, and can provided great guidance in purchasing a new vehicle. Overall, really positive experience and highly recommended.

I’ve just been in at booths, And was looking at taking a Kona N for a test drive and have thought about buying one, However was told that i needed to book an appointment, Despite having no customers except myself that were there and having two Kona N’s in stock, They clearly didn’t want to sell a car and the manager looked like he did not want to be there nor did they have the courtesy to ask “Would you like to book an appointment while your here?”Very disappointing. I’ve taken my I30here for a service but will not buy a car from here, Very poor customer service.

Staff certainly don't work as a team and blame each other for their mistakes. Do not show any care for customers. They want feedback but only positive feedback - they dislike anything negative and argue any points discussed. Just because they will soon be changing hands is not an excuse for poor service.

Cares more about selling vehicles then helping their customers.. Avoid if you just want to know if a car is right for you..

Very happy with my recent car purchase through Booths Hyundai Tuggerah.My experience with both Matt Rowe and Matt Walker was very good.They made the whole process super easy, and the follow-up phone call to check how everything was going with my new car a couple of weeks after picking it up, I was very impressed.They really know how to do customer service!

The team at Booth's Tuggerah are next level.During what was/is a very interesting time, they pulled out all stops to deliver my dream car.Combine a new product launch with COVID, and you end up with a bit of a wait time.But I couldn't be happier with the Professional and Personal service from the Team.Thank you!
