The staff at reception is bit rude and not professional. We made an appointment at 12pm, and at 11:20, we were asked to come before 11:30am. So I had to wake up baby from sleep. When we came there, we actually still need to wait. The doctor was good but the receptionist gave me a poke face all the time. I wasn’t enjoying visiting there at all. We will have to change a vet after this unpleasant experience.

The staff very friendly and helpful. Have been here twice now. They gave my cockatoo a health check, and advised and administered motion-sickness meds for our long drive home. All staff were all keenly interested in Buddy, and handled him with confidence. Highly recommend.
