Quality outdoor blinds

If I could give zero stars I would.Avoid at all costs.They say they do not offer quotes over the phone and they have to come to your house to measure to provide an accurate price. When they come it’s pressure to sign up on the spot with a “one time discount offer” that won’t be available afterwards. My partner and I, first home buyers, felt pressured to sign up and didn’t know what plantation shutters would cost as they don’t even provide an estimate - the sales guy casually said we had to pay a deposit on the spot, and did not mention at all that their policy is it is non refundable. The very next morning, after my partner and I had thought about the offer and the price (over $7000 for 4 windows down from $12000 apparently) we decided we couldn’t afford and I called them straight away to let them know - from there they started dodging my calls, pretending they had internet issues. After many attempted calls, I receive an email response 4 days later I received an email response saying they do not offer refunds and that I “waived my cooking off” which was never mentioned - they hadn’t done any work for us and I cancelled less than 24 hours after a consultant gave us the price! Absolute robbery and an awful way to run a business - I would not recommend this dodgy company to anyone! Since raising this with them they have now chosen to not respond - not sure how they feel comfortable taking money from people when they hadn’t done any work for us!

G'day , I was quoted up by Hamish who was great to deal with & work with me with all the aspects of the blinds , from the initial quoting to the final installation. Blinds look awesome , they have added a fantastic outdoor party room to my house. I was so happy I got Hamish back to quote & order another blind. Great service & great product , I can't ask for much more than that . Thanks guys:))

Loving our new plantation shutters installed by Just Quality. They brighten up the area so much and our plants love it!! The process was smooth all the way through from sales to installation all in less than six weeks and the communication the whole way through was next level.

Boy! If I had read these reviews before we purchased, I would never have gone ahead. I agree with some of the comments. I'm used to getting at least 3 quotes before I make a decision on spending a lot of money. My husband organised for a salesman to come out to see us. He was friendly and a true salesman. He was also a bit pushy for me and I wasn't confident with the way he was measuring and giving us the huge 1 hour plus spiel.Then to be told if we treat the presentation as a quote, it will cost more.So if we signed up and paid a deposit there and then we'd get a better price....I was so nervous but my husband was very keen.Anyway, we went ahead and it was quite a while before lovely Eddy and Jimmy came out to do the actual measuring and explained everything that was going to happen.Our installation had a few special requirements because 2 extra posts had to be erected which my husband did and it was ok but one was a bit crooked.When it came to installation time, once again Eddy and Jimmy came back and were just so good. They had to come back because of a miscalculation but was always prompt, efficient and friendly.Last week I had him back because I felt one of the blinds were a bit difficult for me to raise.....not a problem at all.I have another issue which I hope will be rectified but this is a manufacturing query. Is anyone else finding their Self Cleaning brushes aren't working? Mine don't do a thing and the blinds remain dusty.I have rung to ask this to be looked into and the call went to their Answering Service, so hopefully they will be getting back to me ASAP.Will keep this site posted.....

Terrible customer service, poor workmanship. We ordered our blinds on 27th July 2022 and Jackson the salesman promised our blinds would be fully installed within 4 -6 weeks. They were finished 7 months later, today on 28th February, 2023. Throughout our experience with this company, the onus has been on us, the customer, to constantly chase them up to find out updates about our order. The installation contractors measured our blinds wrong during their check and measure appointment, this resulted in significant delays as one of the blinds they made was too small. On one of the days the installation contractors attended, they did not complete any work because they had the wrongs parts." We were not home at the time

It was a pleasure dealing with Jackson who came out to give us a quote for Ziptrak blinds. Friendly and professional, explained the process, and invited lots of questions which he answered for us with detailed knowledge regarding fabric, measurements, durability… and taking the time to understand exactly what we need. He also went above and beyond to get us a great deal. 10 out of 10 for customer service!

A disaster from start to finish, salesman promises a finish that is not possible. Out of 3 blinds - 2 were incorrect and they tried to blame my husband on their mistakes. Remade 1 blind twice and still incorrect. Promised $500 gift cards then when I asked about them they stated 'oh you don't actually get them'. Was lied to and deceived throughout the whole process. Still very unhappy with what I have, gaps everywhere!!. What they tried to give me in the first instance was disgraceful and I only managed to get a remake because I refused to pay for terrible quality. Once you sign the contract they have you! Even though what the sales rep Mickey promised was not what was delivered. They said only a 5mm gap between blinds well more like 100mm. And to think they thought the short blind looks acceptable, who in their right mind would think this is ok. I would never go with this company again for anything!! Buyer beware!!

We had George Come out to our home to measure up. Really good customer service easy to deal with he went through all the great options and colour choices. Best of all he was honest and gave us a great price. The whole process from start to finish was amazing. And within 2 weeks the blinds were installed they look amazing and the installers were amazing also. It was that good I’m getting George back out to quote us to get more installed. If you need help call and ask for George. I would give 20 stars if I could

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Sales promise the world then installers do a poor job. They used galv screws on all the black aluminium for God sake. After lengthy emails detailing all issues with pictures Sales totally agreed and promised to fully rectify. After no response to messages production manager overruled sales and fully backed workmanship as acceptable. Accused us of having too high standards. He even said that the sales guy we were dealing with who sold us the product and had agreed with all our complaints had been instructed not to speak to us as it had nothing to do with sales. Do not trust this company to do quality work. Not true to the word of their employees. Not a cheap product but a cheap attitude. So much for supporting local SA businesses.

We had George (sales rep) come out and go through the different types of blinds we could have at our house. He listened really well to what we were after and explained the different types of construction in the ziptrak blinds on the market. We signed the deal then and there and got everything under way. Really happy with his presentation. We organised and an install date not long after and we're excited for our new purchase for our home.
