Had to wait 25 mins for them to start on my toes as they didn’t have enough staff for the amount of people that were putting into chairs. My feet turned so wrinkly and gross and the water had turned cold by the time they finally got to me. Would never come back or recommend this place, way better places in karrinyup near Myer. Staff have no customer service training.The manager also asked one of the staff to stop painting my mums nails half way through (legit had a toe half painted) and start on someone else while my mum waited over 10 minutes for someone to come and finish her toes. It took us complaining before they actually did their jobs. 1/10 experience, not worth how much they charge!

I went to the Karrinyup salon today with my mam as a treat and had an amazing pedicure by Kinzang, it was probably the best one I have had. My mam really enjoyed hers too with Namgay, will definitely be back again, thank you

Don't waste your money here. I had my nails done here last Saturday10th December (one week ago today). What a mess, the nails are so thick and had already come away from the cuticles the next day, also the skin around my nails has gone dry and broken. Definitely don't recommend. These people do not know what they are doing & clearly untrained. I have taken photos but unfortunately this page doesn't give me the opinion to post them.

Went at the busiest time of the year but they fit my daughter and I in and did a great job of Christmas themed nails…!

I don’t write bad reviews but I really have to this time. I got my nails on 6 Jan 2023. On 12 Jan 2023 two nails broke and another one today. I have never had nails broken after less than a week and I think the problem is because they do it really thinly. Bad quality for what you have to pay. Can’t see myself going there again.

The pedicure was NOT worth the time or cost. No heel scrub, pathetic massage, no hot cloth wrap. Gave $50 for a $40 pedicure and no change returned! Will not go back here.

I recently went to this salon, asking to get my acrylic nails removed. Professionail is not my usual nail place to go to but considering it would be like every other nail salon, I expected the whole acrylic removal + manicure to be a smooth process. Unfortunately for this salon, it wasn’t. I’m not a nail expert but I thought acrylic nails were to be soaked in acetone to make the whole removal process easier? I was worried the moment the staff took out cuticle clippers and a fake nail and pushed it between the acrylic and real nail, causing it to slide and hit under my real nail which was super painful! It got worse around my left pinky and thumb as the staff continued to attempt removing the acrylic when I was in clear pain. She did ask if I was okay and I told her it hurt but continued attempting to remove it anyways that my thumb bled. Besides that painful removal, there was still leftover acrylic left on one of my nails that she didn’t bother taking off and painted over it with normal polish, making the whole thing look so tacky? If you’re looking for a smoother and safer nail removal, please consider going to a different salon.
