Bunnings Hervey Bay

Received great customer service on Wednesday afternoon in regards to the Swann cameras by Dylan, definitely made my decision easier when it comes to purchasing more cameras for our shop and our house to protect our vehicles with the recent thefts in the area.

I was greeted welcoming and directed to the appropriate section for my needs today and was very helpfully assisted by Libby in loading my Potting mix in my car. Very happy experience. Thank you.

We visited Bunnings, Hervey Bay yesterday to look at paint for our our new shed floor. We had a staff member named Kerrie come and assist us. Kerrie we feel went above and beyond in helping us and we can't praise her high enough on her knowledge of the products we were looking at and her advice given. Kerrie is a credit to the staff of Bunnings and the paint team.

We ordered through Click and Collect. Our licenses were stolen and I rang up Bunnings to confirm if I could still pick up my purchase with providing the email of the receipt , other form of ID like Medicare card, birth cert etc. I was assured that was perfectly fine. My husband went down to collect the purchase to be met with the most unpleasant woman. “This is my department, and I don’t care if someone else said yes, I say no” is what we were met with. This in return was extremely frustrating and the way she spoke was condescending. She eventually accepted other form of ID but said the click and collect system was down so we had to come back the next day. We return the next day to be served by the same person who served us the day before…. Again she was rude and wasn’t accepting of ID again, which in return was even more frustrating because she had seen us the day before!! Deb was her name. I highly recommend you retrain yourself in customer service because the way you speak to customers leaves a very bad taste in your mouth and it’s enough to make us not want to ever purchase from Bunnings again.

Went to Hervey Bay store on Tuesday night and was helped by Nathan in the wood section, he was very willing to help and made it a good shopping experience. Went back on Wednesday to collect our wood order and was helped by Jayden (load and go) who was also very helpful and entertaining while loading our trailer. Not very often you get this kind of service in a Bunnings store. Was a great experience

Just want to thank Evie for all the help and knowledge in making my shop at Bunnings a pleasure to be there yesterday. Evie went out of her way and took the time to assist me and help me work out the right products for my project. Thanks again Evie and Bunnings you have a valued employee in Evie.

Love this store with a great range of plants. Our fur babies love visiting also.Staff are super friendly and actually know where products are. Highly recommended.

Really dislike being in the middle of conversation at the paint counter about what we need and the lady interrupts our conversation to answer the phone and goes on to talk for 15 mins helping out the customer that called while we are left waiting. I left went to Inspirations Paint and got 5 star service and spent $400. Will continue to go there from now on for all our painting needs.
