The Glam House

Amazing salon that offers great services at a decent price. The glam house is number one in my opinion offering a variety of beauty and hair services. Von really listens and provides feedback to you during your appountment and always leaves me feeling fresh and new. I highly recommend them.

I believe I am the most fussy customer on the planet when it comes to my hair but I can honestly say that I have never felt the need to complain at The Glam House. My stylist Von ticks all the boxes making sure all my demands are met with excellent service and skill. Her knowledge and technique with colouring is amazing and her cutting and styling abilities are second to none. I highly recommend The Glam House and Von to all!

I went in today in the hopes that they could fix a bad diy job that left my hair ginger. Yvonne was amazing! Really great service, very friendly and actually listens to what you want to get done. That's so hard to come by! 10/10 love my new blonde look!

I had the best experience at the glam house and the results were amazing thanks to their senior stylist Von. From greeting me when I walked in and refreshing me with a cold glass of water, to the special head massage when I was getting my hair washed.She listened to what I had to say and had her input in what suited me and in all the latest hair styles and colours.Thank you soo much glam house and I will be continuing with my monthly appointments.

Always my go to for eyebrow wax/eyelash tint. Love the result, I have had it done with Jodie and Lisa and they were both great. Highly recommend.

Lovely hairdressers and environment, but the owners seem to have issues with the occasional cancellation due to Covid and to reschedule appt, even if you cancel 24hrs or more before appt time. After having my almost weekly blowaves there for a number of months and being happy, I considered booking in for the full works and I was told I had to pay $500 plus upfront.As I said I had only cancelled 2 blowaves due to Covid and always rescheduled and required notice given. Whilst I understand some businesses are struggling it would be better customer service practice to take a small 20% deposit for long appts with colour etc that would be kept if clients cancel less than 48/72 hrs before.It also was evident that a few of their clients were cancelling on the day and I was getting text messages to come in earlier if I could, and did that on most occasions to help the business even if it didn’t suit me. On another occasion I was accidentally charged twice for my service and when I asked for refund, I was told it was easier to keep that money for my next appt. My point is I was very flexible with my appointments when the business required me to, and whilst I liked the hairdressers I think the way The salon is managed with upfront payments requested for long appts and money kept until next appt when I was charged twice, didn’t feel right. Also, If some customers are constantly cancelling then they should be the one’s charged upfront.k

They were recommended by a friend, as l was after a salon hat used Aveda products / Color. Super easy to book, the team is superb and l couldn’t be happier with the results. I have already booked my next appointment. Highly recommend!

Today was my first visit to The Glam House and to say my expectations were exceeded is an understatement. The stylists took the time to listen to what I desired with my hair, but also shared their valuable advice and knowledge. So much time and effort was put into achieving the look I was wanting after the lockdown period. I now feel Glam, pampered, and even more confident after my visit! Nothing was too much trouble and I have rebooked my hair and a spray tan too! Thank you Jodie, Von, and Rhi! You are all amazing x x
