You need 90 minutes of Bikram. You need theright heat. You don't need a Sales Pitch. Right now more than ever you need your breath. I can guarantee you will love the practice and love this studio and teachers, and will want to make bikram part of your life This is an investment in your mind/body health that will keep you being the best version of You.

This studio changed my life. A friend bought me a 10 day pass for my 48th birthday and I lost 7kg in 3 months and gained strength and flexibility that I'd never had before. The teachers at BYR are kind and supportive and make sure you are practising correctly. I find calmness and focus in these classes that I haven't found with any other type of yoga practice. If you like heat, it's the perfect practice, and this studio is a lovely refuge from city life. Teachers from other studios come here which I think says a lot about Bianca and her team's high standards.

I recently joined this studio after my old Bikram studio closed down and am so grateful and fortunate to have found such an amazing studio to practice in. I have been practicing Bikram yoga since 2016 and due to my work, have lived and practiced all over the world from London to New Delhi and I can honestly say Bianca’s teaching and her studio are truly world class. What a a pleasure and privilege it is to have Bikram Hot Yoga Richmond on our doorstep. One of the best studios around the world I have ever practiced in. The studio is proper Bikram conditions and Bianca and all her teachers are very experienced and very inspiring! I strongly encourage anyone looking to practice hot yoga to pop into this studio - you will not regret it!!!

This is a fantastic yoga studio! All of the instructors are welcoming, professional, and dedicated to providing quality classes. This is a great spot if you are a seasoned Bikram practitioner or if you are new to this style of yoga. I attend regularly and learn something new to improve my practice every time. I've also taken friends who are beginners and they leave feeling positive and like they had a worthwhile experience. The studio and locker rooms are clean, the hot room is evenly heated, and mat hire and showers are available. I highly recommend you book a class here!

Bikram Hot Yoga has changed my life! Bianca's attention to detail, the genuine warmth radiating through her personality has guided my stiff body back on track! Weekly time out sessions at the studio is just what the soul needs. Great work Bianca!!! Also the candles that she makes are just devine. So glad i have found her.

Love the calming energy of Bianca during bikram yoga class. She really made sure each students were safe & sound during class.Loving the cheeky & cheerful Inferno classes with Jas… will definitely come back when I visit Melbourne next.
