After many years of being hesitant with making dental appointments, Dr Khoo encourages a comfortable and welcoming environment that makes me less anxious to return every time. She and her staff provide a safe environment which allows you to relax and have a more comfortable experience, especially if dental check-ups make you nervous. Dr Khoo explains the process thoroughly and is happy to estimate on future services and discuss them with you to allow for peace of mind. Has always explained things on a level I’ve understood and takes time to explain the process of your appointment.

I always feel welcome when I have to have dental care. I have utmost faith in Sung's dental work. She always listens and empathetically addresses any pain or issues I have. I never have to wait long. The staff are always friendly and approachable as well. 5 stars from me (a scaredy cat from way back)...

Had a wisdom tooth cut out.. great customer service, great environment, they were funny making jokes which was awesome cause i hate dentist but this experience was awesome.. I will definitely be using faith dental again. Thank u heaps.

The staff are always kind and friendly and my family are always seen to promptly. In my experience Dr Sung has always done a thorough check over and explains what needs to be done to make sure we're comfortable first and also provides quotes for future work if needed. The staff are always real patient and engaging with my boys.

No one likes going to the dentist, but this team make you feel relaxed. They also ring the day prior to your appt to check and confirm appt time. Great customer service at a reasonable price.
