Palm lakes resort is the good residential area, never geared any incident or anything, I have many known people living there it’s good place to live for elders for safety and cafe & medical Center outside helps.

My brother lives there and it was the best distinction I have ever made as he has brain damage and the people there are so kind to him and they make sure he is ok

___________BUYERS BE WARNED ____________Make sure that whatever you are promised is in writing. Myself and many other people were promised that we would have an indoor heated pool built in 2016. October 2018 and we are sick of being asked How long is a piece of string" when we ask when is the pool being built and Told " there aren't any DMF available to fund the build ". Yet WHEN WE SIGNED UP TO MOVE IN NOT ONE MENTION OF DMF TO FUND THIS POOL was made to any of us !!!We were shown the plans as approved by council but NOTHING has eventuated ! !BUYERS NEED TO GET LEGAL ADVICE AND NOT BE LURED IN TO THIS VILLAGE UNDER FALSE PRETENSES.I NEED a heated pool for health reasons

500000 for a 2 bedroom house plus the rent is to expensive and if your fences fall into disrepair you have to pay for it even though you don't own the land i don't think so

I did a small carpet steam cleaning job for this client. They keep the facility well maintained. Everything meet and tidy. I think the elderly residents get a top quality service there.

It still is a caravan park.
