Once again I go back to chemist warehouse today this time I go to the 1 on the other side of the street 1 chemist warehouse wanted to charge me $8.30 I go across the road to the other chemist warehouse $14.00 for a script that's Salisbury chemist warehouse people il go somewhere else from now on

I recently visited Chemist Warehouse Salisbury and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with the service provided by the staff, particularly a specific individual. I had gone to the pharmacy with the intention of getting a single tablet, but the wait time I was given was far from satisfactory.Upon my arrival, I approached an employee who happened to be an Asian gentleman. While I understand that wait times can vary depending on the workload, I was informed that I would have to wait for approximately 20 minutes just to obtain a single tablet. This seemed excessive and quite inconvenient, especially considering the nature of my request.I believe that customer service plays a vital role in any business, and it was disheartening to encounter such a lengthy wait time for a seemingly simple task. While I understand that pharmacies can experience busy periods, it would have been appreciated if the staff had provided a more efficient and timely service.As a customer, I value efficiency, respect, and attentiveness when dealing with professionals, especially in a healthcare setting. Unfortunately, my experience at Chemist Warehouse Salisbury did not live up to these expectations. I hope that the management takes note of this review and takes steps to improve the service quality and reduce wait times in the future.Overall, I left the pharmacy feeling disappointed and frustrated with the service provided. It was nice and friendly, and the staff were courteous and excellent. In fact, it only loses a star as my order was (unfortunately) listed as pick up only and could not be delivered.

Worse experience ever I want to use gift car and guy who was on till he don't know how to use it then he started finding another staff in store took 10 mins while I was waiting on counter then he went to have a look for staff girl in the shopping mall took another 10 mins then he came Nd told me me he didn't found her she disappear Really ?? Wasting my 25 mins then she came Nd serve me not recommended they have inexperienced staff
