Natalie is AMAZING! I have tried many different nail studios and I never was happy with my nails. I went to ProfessioNail in Bondi Junction to Natalie and I am always in love with my nails! She's awesome!! Thanks Natalie for your incredible work, I'll see you soon.- Vivian

Worst place ever. Pedicure was so rushed and the lady cut so much skin from my toenails that i now have an infection in both big toes. Was not paying attention and chatting with her colleague the whole time. I now have to get medication to cure the infection. Waste of time and money.

Writing this review from the chair having to wait upwards of 30 minutes for a pedicure when I called ahead and booked! Manager has let people who have walked in go before me despite having made a booking…this business needs to improve it’s time management skills, especially when they are offering a mediocre service at best. Will not be returning. 1 stars is too high of a rating.

I can now understand why this place is rated so poorly. I have never been humiliated like this before. After waiting 30 mins, I tried to speak to the older guy at the shop, Kim, only to be met with a very rude and condescending reaction. He was screaming at me in-front of a full shop. I was so embarrassed and even started crying. Never again will I ever set foot in this shop, and I will make sure all my friends do not either. On top of this bad service, it is the most expensive shop in Bondi junction with very mediocre service. Terrible.

Went for a infill after a relaxing facial and now feeling so not relaxed and extremely uncomfortable after visiting here.I went in and asked for infill and shellac, $45 which is reasonable, when I sat down and they asked me what I wanted I said just a painted tip and then she practically yelled at me and said ‘this not what you said you pay extra for this’ it was going to be an extra $15 for THE TIP, ok maybe $5 extra (my other salon charges $5 for art) but $15 extra for half the paint cmon… I felt so uncomfortable by the way this older woman spoke to me, so I agreed to it and then another person started my nails.She was so rough and kept snorting back snot and rubbing her nose on her shoulder while she was touching my hands so disgusting and unsanitary.When she filled down my nails it was so painful I couldn’t tolerate it, so then her and the older lady were having some sort of conversation and she put her hands up and got up…making me feel like I’m a difficult customer - theyve never hurt like that before I get them done every 3 weeks….I sat there for about 5 minutes and noone came to sit back down so I just got up and walked out.Avoid if you don’t want to be yelled at and ripped off.

Unfortunately 1 is the lowest you can rate a business so we'll start with that.I had a friend get her nails done yesterday where she asked for a particular design (glitter ombre), and the end result was far from what the picture looked like. The nail hadn't been filed properly with some nails looking crooked and the ombre design which she asked for was a block of glitter poorly spread over the nail. The nail tech was persistent with this being the correct way to do it therefore my friend left feeling deflated.Today she decided to go back and asked politely for them to simply redo the colour and amend the poor filing they had done, they were extremely abrupt and quick to say no and blamed her for not understanding how ombre is done. On top of that they wanted her to pay an extra fee to redo the nail after they were the ones that had done a poor job. This is extremely poor customer service on their part and should take ownership for there poor nail skills. Also learn to communicate better with customers!!

Sandra did the worst nails I’ve ever had. She was rude, kept increasing the price for nothing then proceeded to rush my nails (even though I got there when it opened). The final result speaks for itself. The shape was also completely wrong even though I asked for the same shape I had and she made me bleed. She also removed the colour on the sides and did not apply the SNS evenly. Worst experience with my nails ever, do not recommend this place. Will be getting them fixed elsewhere. Oh and despite telling them and showing them how bad they looked, they rudely told me that’s what I asked for.

Worst experience ever!I went to this place with my friend last Sunday 17/10/2021, first manicure after lockdown, we were very exited, but from the moment that we were asked to wait on the que, till the moment we finished it was a terrible service. First, the manager did not respect our arrival time, and let people that arrived after us to enter before us, even though that people did not had an appointment, just because we wanted the basic service, then the manicure was poorly done, my friend even had to ask for a second layer of polish, as it was very clear that the first layer was not enough to cover the nail, after she asked that the manager got very angry, can you believe it? like if it was a favor!!! we left the place and you can see in my pictures the result. If you want to avoid a poor service and a bad treatment, don't go there, I think this is the worst salon ever. Also they make you pay during the treatment in cash, I assume this is a way to not let people claim for the money after this terrible service.

My first time and I will NOT return. My pedi was done by a trainee who had to be instructed by another staff and myself at every stage, and she drew blood on one of my toes which bled for a while and I still feel the sting three days later. The scrubbing was fast and inattentive - I had to ask for repeat of some areas, as was the massage. My mani was done by another staff very quickly with no cuticle clean and she attended to other customers every now and then. $55 for deluxe manicure and pedicure was a waste of time and money.

Worst experience ever. The lady was rude and rough. She filed my nails down till they were stumps, I asked for a manicure and walked out with cuticles still attached. The polish is patchy and uneven. Super unhappy & they still wanted to charge me full price. They deserve 0 stars.
