A1 Roof Racks & Accessories - Online Superstore

6 1/2 weeks I waited for my roof rack. Was told lie after lie. First it was covid, then it was we have no stock, then it was it’s being held up with the freight company. I received no customer support or communication I always had to take time out of my job to follow up with them as they are is NSW and I’m WA. Order was placed on 26/11/21 then was supposedly posted on 22nd December (even tho it had already nearly been 1 month and was supposed to be an xmas gift for my brother) then on the 11th Jan I finally requested my money back as it was all lies. It was never posted as they couldn’t supply me with freight details from day 1. Absolutely appalling wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Only positive is I got the money back but they didn’t once offer to go out of their way to help me out.

Delivery was super quick. Products as described (roof racks and fitting kit). Very easy website to identify correct bundle of parts for a specific vehicle. Significantly cheaper than other retailers, in my case 30% cheaper.

Ordered a set of roof bars on the 1st Dec for our 4WD after being informed over the phone the item was in stock. 6 weeks and approx. 10 follow-up phone calls later the item shows up after I request a refund and the order be cancelled. No one ever called me back despite promises made. I was given a different answer every time I called. The ridiculous delay was apparently escalated to management. They never followed up either. No apology offered - worst customer service experience of my life. And this was after they wouldn't honour a sale price despite being uncontactable during the sale period for a stock check their own website requested. I've never even written a google review before, I'm that appalled with this company. Could be a one-off, could be an everyday occurrence. Either way no one I know will buy from here.

Exceptional customer service and quality products. I've order an awning for my vehicle, everything arrived perfect and super fast. Once arrived, I've had some queries and wasn't sure of the right dimensions, asked for return and everything was managed super smoothly, they definitely know how to treat a customer well. Called this afternoon and spoke to Jacob about getting some racks ASAP for an MR Triton. He advised they had stock on the shelf and could ship today for me. Paid for them straight away and received a shipment notification so quickly. Stoked that it was all so easy and at a great price!!! Thanks mate :)

Outstanding customer service. The product I ordered was not in stock but they keeper me well informed and it was posted to me within days of them receiving it. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic uhf nice and clear I thought the aerial was supposed to be bluetooth so it didn't need a cord. Unfortunately that's not the case still having dramas hooking up to mu 3m peltor head phones. Other than those couple of problems I'm absolutely wrapped and would recommend to other.A1 were exception even with all the bulldust about delays in delivery my uhf was delivered in a very timely manner and very well packed. Thanks lads and ladies have a great Christmas I really appreciate your service.

Good price and fast delivery. Highly recommendedI gave them 4 star as they did not have an accessory related to item I bought in stock and I had to purchase that item from another website.
