Don't know what's happened last 2 visits over half hour to even start for a wheelie bin worth. It's 1.10 I'm in line 5 deep with cars out to the road behind me. Won't be back obviously staffing cuts make it no longer viable for wait vs return.

Excellent, great setup, the only thing I constructive criticism I can say is maybe if the guys could be a little easier when shutting my boot lid, and sometimes cars that were lined up three cars behind me outside when getting to the inside of the shed and I need to go on the outside lane they go on the inside lane, they seem to be out of there much quicker than me. Other than that its awesome!

Not happy today. As i was going shopping i decided to drop a heap of cans off. I asked the ladies if they keep the boxes as i nedded the space for shopping. 1 lady informed me to go out in the car park and squash them. To everyones entertainment i began to squeeze them the best i could with high heels on. When the guys are on they squash them and dispose of them for you.Now i have a bin full of card board for 2 weeks. Where was my customer service with these two ladies. Oops to hard bin.

I always receive 5 star service here, quick and efficient, but today they went that extra mile for me when my car battery went flat and I was stuck in the middle of the line up. One of the lovely gentlemen that works there drove his car in and jump started my car while my bottles/cans were being counted. They were very understanding and accommodating to me, one of the wonderful workers even got a treat for my dog who was in the car with me. Thankyou very much for your help. Highly recommend this depot :)

The lady with the short red hair is so rude for no reason she needs to lighten up or find a new job really unpleasant experience this isn’t the first time either and my friends can relate to this lady being rude and ignorant

Never had an issue here, all staff are lovely and friendly and keen to have a bit of a chat if they have the time. Yes sometimes it gets busy so be prepared to wait a bit and be patient they are only human as well and only one side is automatic counter the staff have to count each item on the other side if it's a busy time. Everything I have gone i have been in and out within half an hour. I highly recommend this place so much more. Will not go anywhere else. Well done guys n girls I think you do an awesome job!!
