Special thanks to the team, very accomodating, showed that they really care and have listened to my needs. I like that thought of being welcomed and very eager to assist customers versus to the other telco shops where they just sit not even greeting us as we enter Special mention and thanks to Kevin for providing me a great experience who went above and beyond in helping me out and thanks to the French supervisor too i think is name was flowrian.

I took out a mobile and home internet plan with Vodafone, it was such a great experience. The team were friendly knowable and professional. Each and every customer that came in with technical help for their mobile phones was not turned away. They helped with patience and a smile. The after service is amazing. I recommend this Vodafone branch

Etienne served me yesterday. He established number share between my galaxy watch and samsung galaxy phone. His service was exceptional and beyond his young years. I would recommend that store to anyone.

Terrible service. The German employee sent me away to call customer service before he even understood the problem. I came back 5 mins later and showed him my account on the Vodafone app and then he realized what I wanted .could easily be done in the store. Very poor

I usually go to the other vodafone at the mall but not anymore!! Etienne is a wonderful employee, vodafone should be proud! Etienne listened to my needs and made the purchasing of my new phone so easy. So refreshing to be so well looked after by a friendly, efficient and helpful person!

So lovely! Etiene and Flo were so helpful and patient with us even though we didn’t have all our details ready to go and it was a busy store. They were so kind and were always trying to find ways to help us out with deals, etc. Great team!
