I had the pleasure in participating on the Kimberley 10 day leadership programme and can honestly say that it was an amazing experience. The activities were professionally engineered with excellent facilitators. We were previlidged to do this in some of WA's best outback country in a safe yet challenging enviroment, the programme challenges leaders at all levels and allows an opportunity for honest and candid feedaback. A must for both aspiring and seasoned leaders.

Outback Initiatives run safe, well planned and innovative experiential leadership programs. The focus is on exploring ones own leadership journey in an outdoor setting, challenging each individual to push their comfort zone. All activities are run with purpose and debriefed with empathic and experienced facilitators. My reflection on the Kimberley Leadership Program was that this course was the best leadership program that I have ever experienced. The combination of challenge and deep respect for the beauty and strength of nature and including Aboriginal cultural leaders made this course unique and outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend Outback Initiatives to anyone who is looking to further their leadership journey.

Spectacular. In every way. My 5 day leadership programme was set in the stunning Margaret River with spectacular scenery. The abseiling, caving and rock climbing were spectacular achievements for me - I had never done anything like that in my life but the encouragement, security and camaraderie got me through - I'm hooked. The spectacular personal insights into my own leadership, and the leadership of others, was lifechanging - breathing fresh air in to both my work and personal life. Does experiential learning work? My experience at the Kimberley Outback Adventure program was phenomenal. Having some experience as a facilitator, I am somewhat familiar with the power of a program of Leadership development and the power of introspection and revelation this kind of program might provide. I was encouraged to take part in this program because it offered a unique experience unlike any other in personal and professional development. The program is set in the most stunning outback landscapes the state of Western Australia has to offer and the activities take participants on an incredible journey to discover some of this land's best kept secrets. The experience was extremely effective for me as a tool for self exploration, edification and those who love the outback and the natural world.
