Very knowledgeable and offers a variety of different services, friendly staff. Test and tag, domestic and industrial electrical work, refurbish shipping containers, refrigeration repairs, air conditioning units/ installation.

We had organised for an oven installation through the retailer. An extra valve was required to be fitted.The plumber said it would be an extra cost and as the retailer had said there may be an additional fee we thought this was not an issue. However when we were contacted by the sales person to pay the additional fee were told that it would be 270 with GST or else the plumber would leave the job unfinished. As we needed the oven installed we paid and the work was fine and noi issue with the plumber who attended. When we contacted the sales person via email we were told that it was for labour and the part and gst. The part is a 15 dollar isolation valve so we were effectively charged an additioanl 225 dollars for the installation of a 15 part on top of the fee we had paid for installation and no additional time at site by the tradesman. This sort of rip off is double charging for labour and call out and is not ethical. Will be contacting consumer affairs victoria about the dodgy billing practices of this company.
