I had to write a second review cause the service is always disturbing and disgusting staff are always rude I'm an essential worker I work late hours I expect to be at least served in a timely manner so please don't give them business until they can get their act together.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could! They stopped the petrol pump on me because they said my car was unregistered, even though it is. They assumed I was going to steal petrol. Great work 7/11 St Helens Park, keep up the disgusting service

The customer service is so bad. Most of the staff is not friendly at all. If you want to avoid disappointment stay away from this place

This one's a bit emotional for me as I moved from the area 30 years ago and have only just returned to find that my old house is now a convenience store. I can never go home again. But, I guess I can shop there.

If you can't get into Karen's dinner just go here, staff are just as rude.... Not sure if they hate there job but sheesh... A simple Hello and a smile costs nothing.!.!.No customer service skills at all. If I ran out of petrol I'd push my car over the hill to the next servo before id go here.

Rude staff …. especially I believe the owner lady is a cracker of a weirdo ! Stops the pump while filling fuel in an era of face covering is the norms …. thinking that she owns her fuel station in a 3rd world country trying to rob her off her fuel …. Pretty dumb
