It has been 8 weeks since The Window Boyz cleaned our place. I gave them 8 weeks to come to an amicable resolution before proceeding to write this review.They were pleasant enough to deal with initially, that is UNTIL something goes wrong and know that they would never owned up to their mistakes and refuse to take ANY responsibility for damages caused.Just as a heads up for anyone considering their services - please clarify and request for a certificate of currency and in writing what their insurance policy actually covers. Their claims for 100% money back guarantee and $20m public liability insurance are all an eye-wash otherwise unless you get these in formal writing prior to engaging their services.My window frame was damaged whilst they attempted to clean the windows and the outdoor lights short-circuited both carport and deck as well as the automatic garage door sensors. These were all in perfectly working condition PRIOR to the clean (the house has had a thorough building inspection within the last 2 years when we purchased) and we have had no pre-existing issues with any of these before engaging their services.The biggest disappointment was, on top of all the damages caused (as the window frame was damaged early on in the cleaning process) they also did not follow through with some parts of the outdoor clean and still wanted to charge me in FULL. Our out of pocket expenses for the repairs were double that of the cleaning fees - which they did not even do a very good job of. So we are left with a half-cleaned house, $2k damage repairs that we would not have otherwise required and the most unpleasant experience of dealing with a bully for a business owner who kept hounding me and insisting that all the damages caused were due to our own faults as the owners. How distasteful.We will be following this with the Office of Fair Trading and QCAT and let justice take its course, but more importantly hoping no other consumers will have to go through a similar experience like us.

We needed a high inaccessible window cleaned urgently for an impending listing of our house for sale. The Window Boyz were responsive, professional, and fit us in within a few days. They did a great job that has made a big difference to the presentation of our house. Very happy, and would recommend!

I found the window boys to be prompt and polite and very attentive to detail. So pleased with the result and our windows have never looked better. Also very happy with the new mesh on our security door which they installed.

Ian was very easy to work with and Brayden and Eden did an awesome job. The windows are sparkling and the exterior looks like its just been painted. We were not aware of how much mold & grime had baked on from the last few years of rain. Cheers

Probably some of the best service I've ever had. I needed some fly screen replaced as my dog chewed though it. They got back to me with a quote very quickly, the quote was very reasonably priced. They arrived on time almost to the minute. There was a problem supplying the right materials but the installer solved this quickly by ducking down to bunnings and getting the right sized mesh. The job was done within the hour even including the trip to bunnings. The bloke was really nice, quick, and professional. Couldn't fault this service one bit.

The Boyz kicked off their service this morning against the odds - weather and some tech issues - but powered on to find solutions and deliver an astonishing result for our little 2 level brick and timber townhome.
