Sam and his team renovated our main bathroom in 1995 so when we wanted our ensuite renovated in June we were so pleased to see that the business was still going.Nothing has changed, still a friendly professional business. One week and they were finished. Rocko, Cameron and John were so friendly and Sam came every morning to see how the job was going.The last photo is the renovation Sam and his team did 28 years ago. I still love it.The tiler, Abs and his partner did a wonderful job, even though he is a sub contractor, he still has the same professional and friendly attitude.On the first day the team introduced themselves to us and explained what they were going to do that day. Each day we were told what was happening.It was actually a pity when they were finished. I have been and will continue to recommend Upgrade Bathrooms to anyone who is thinking of renovating anything in their home.Thank you all for a great job.

Sam, Rocky and the team just completed the full renovation of 2 bathrooms in our apartment. From the initial quote through to completion they were extremely professional. Even when problems arose ( due to the quality of the apartment block) they came up with solutions and consulted every step of the way. The had everything completed in just over 2 weeks! We can’t recommend them highly enough!

Sam and his team renovated my bathroom in October 2018. The experience was excellent from start to finish. Sam always happily answered my many questions and was genuinely invested in making sure that I got the bathroom of my dreams. My original bathroom was pretty run down and quite small by modern standards but Sam made helpful suggestions so that my space was maximised while making sure that I did not have to compromise comfort or function. Like almost all homes, especially older ones, the walls were not square but Sam and his team did a great job making sure it was hardly noticeable. I could not be happier with the tiling and finish. All of Sam's team were polite and helpful at all times and made time for me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any renovation

wow what can I say? This was our first experience of a bathroom renovation and we are so glad we chose Upgrade Bathrooms. Sam was very quick in providing a quote. The boys Rocco, Lucas and Johnny worked their butts off in demolishing the old one and getting the new one in, in a week. They pride themselves on quality and they delivered. Sam was always checking that we were happy with the work so far - his customer service skills are to be applauded. I have no hesitation in recommending these guys. The price was on par with another quote I got, so they certainly don't rip you off. We got our ensuite done and we will definitely be calling Upgrade Bathrooms when the family bathroom will be replaced. I've included some photos new then old one!

Could not recommend the guys anymore than I can! To fit us in before Christmas and have work completed in just 4.5 days is a great credit to them! Quality workmanship the whole way through, Rocco, Johnny and Cam were all very respectful and cleaned up after everyday, very reasonable pricing for work and quality fixtures used, would definitely use again!

Recently had Rocky, Johnny & Cameron renovate out bathroom & toilet. From first meeting Sam through to completion of the job they were 100% professional, polite & did a super job.From a hideous DIY bathroom that was in the house when we bought it through to total makeover full of light, bright & WOW.Sam listened to what I wanted to achieve & I think it turned out better than what I was thinking.Love it all, they did a super job & we are so happy with the end results!Would not hesitate to recommend Upgrade Bathrooms to anyone who is looking!Thanks so much :)
