This is my go to place to keep myself feeling good. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I always get fantastic results and love seeing the friendly team on a monthly basis.

Went to rehab a ruptured achilles. Michael, Lauren and the team helped me recover beyond what I have/had seen in anyone else with the same injury. Further more, they helped me fix many chronic and painful injuries I had been carrying for years, having looked for correct treatment and finding no results I had given up hope to heal them. I recommend the Michael, Lauren and the team to anyone who is active, has an interest in personal health, is willing to put in the effort and/or wants to live painfree. They gave me a service that I thought was reserved for professional athletes and treated me as one. I will continue to go back for a reassessment every 12months just to make sure I'm still on track.

Broke my knee 15 months ago. Spent lots of money on other physios but unable to get proper help. Michael gave me exercises that have really made a difference. He tailored a program for me which he has continued to update as I improve. Very impressed. He is also helping my hips issue which I have had for years.
