The person I spoke with was Claire. She was very informative about the way things work and the appropriate timing of everything. I was at ease with her and very confident of what she was saying. The only thing I was disappointed with was the timing of everything (6 months here and 6 months there kind of thing), but all in all I got the full picture and I explained it to my partner and he seems satisfied as well. Can't wait to get to the next step which is the consultation at home. Thank you.Glenys Campbell

Total confusion. Wanted a simple answer as to what the costs would be.Answer was a lecture on procedure for application, and something about governme t or social security getting in on the act some way.Some time after this phone converstion recived an email that brought some clarity to the situation. Thought this was a private organisation that was simply business between the individual and the service provider but it appears to be some quisi govenment thing. Gave up.
