So happy Yams happy inn is still alive and cooking. I used to dine here over 20 years ago and I am very pleased to say that the quality, quantity and taste of all their food has not changed in the slightest and is still much, much better value for money than anyone else around. Absolutely the best fried rice I have ever eaten, I could eat it all day long. Love your work guys, keep making people's tummies happy for years to come. Cheers.

Absolutely disgusting!! First time going to this restaurant, the waitress was very rude, I asked can i use the toilet and I was shocked in the state of the kitchen let alone the bathroom ... why the health inspectors haven't been there to close the restaurant has got me. I will never be back again

Ordered over the phone which is convenient. Delivery came within 40 minutes which was during a peak time.Food is fairly good but not outstanding. It might be a bit better if you dine in.

This is the only Chinese restaurant in Toongabbie, and they do have lunch special, open until late, and very friendly staff. Family owned business and love their food. Most of the food is really good and I love their soup which is really spicy. Let me know what's your favourite food?

Do not order from them. I had my food left in the garden . I still ordered again and i gave s 5 dollar tip every time and today i was told by a rude woman that i wasn't fit to order. NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE

I dont believe the reviews for this place.I had takeaway.Honey chicken coating was soft not crispy, and hardly any honey.Sizzling prawns , the onions were not cooked and the sauce wasn't that nice.Beef and veggies was nice.Overall, the star rating if this place is misleading. Was not worth $40 I paid.

A real hidden gem in the neighbourhood and we will definitely return for more of the great food. The Cantonese dishes are done very nicely here and highly recommended.

WOW! yam's, thank you! i have been searching for so long for authentic quality chinese restaurant . Friendly staff, prompt delivery, the food is amazing, no short cuts on quality .. im looking forward too re ordering!
