Excellent food & service.We went all out, a drink or two each, had oysters + to entree options along with 2 sides with our 2 mains. With a tiramisu to top off. Definitely could have a cheaper experience but it worth being that indulgent.Highly recommend paying a visit to Donna Maria

Absolutely incredible Italian restaurant, we happily drive an hour to eat here! Everything is incredible as well as having a great wine list with nice descriptions of their by the glass wine selection which is really helpful.

Incredible food and wine! We had the red wine braised octopus, mussels, braised beef shin tagliatelle and prawn spaghetti and would highly recommend each dish. We will definitely be back and we will be sending friends and family your way :)

We had a lovely time dine in. The food was delicious!!! We really can’t fault anything. The only thing is the Finocchiata should have come with some bread or crackers…. Wine selections is soo amazing as well. They have a 10% surcharge on a Sunday which we didnt mind as it seemed really quiet on a Sunday in the area. We also love the atmosphere. Feels really chill and not too precious.

A very nice Italian restaurant. Had pumpkin arancini to start, shared the special soft shell crab and Fazzoletti pasta and then the pork & fennel ragu with garden greens. All were delicious with the Fazzoletti our favourite with the tasty butter sauce.

We had a lovely time at Donna Maria. This place feels cosy yet romantic. We will definitely be back as our risotto entrees and mains (rabbit with pistachios and fruit and chilli prawn pasta) were absolutely delicious!

I have been to Donna Maria many times for coffee or to grab something to take home for dinner such as their vegetarian and meat lasagna, which is delicious. But this was my first time dining here.I came in a group of three, me included and had a fantastic time.The interior and vibe of Donna Maria is somewhat homely and somewhat modern. Very well done and is a great place to sit and relax on a cold rainy evening!The people that served us were absolutely fantastic, friendly, keen for a bit of a chat and very very knowledgeable about their menu.The food was of course as positively received as the aforementioned elements. We didn’t quite make it to mains as we ordered a lot of smaller dishes but they were all fantastic. The ceviche was my favourite, however I am very biased as ceviche anywhere usually is. It was one of the better iterations of this dish that I have ever had. I am not much of a dessert person, but the desserts were fantastic too!The drinks list of extensive, we did not drink too much but it was reasonably priced and what we had was delicious.I would definitely recommend visiting Donna Maria, if not for dinner, then just for lunch. It’s definitely worth the travel!5/5

I am writing a review primarily based around OLIVES - that’s a first. Donna Maria, like Sorrento sister venue Bar Elba, is top quality Euro cuisine, including wonderful half priced oysters early evening (an absolutely draw card in my book). The aesthetics of the venue are top-notch. But my highlight this time around: the olives. I honestly think they’re the best I’ve had: juicy, plump, flavoursome, served with almonds, orange rind and fennel seeds. Absolutely delicious (and a very generous serving size which will have me coming back for more). Also, the vermouth + oyster combo is incredible. Highly recommended!

We have mixed feelings with the foods we ordered. We loved some but the others were rather disappointing.The tiramisu, duck breast and the risottos were soooo good! The tagliatelle was yum too.Don’t order the sprouting broccolini is more like wooden broccolini. The special sword fish was dried and over cooked.Good luck when you order.
