Manager at this location, Justin displayed first rate customer service in the way he managed a clerical oversight under previous management.Facility is well equipped, clean and appealing.Would highly recommend this Snap location to anyone, from beginner to Athlete.

One of the trainers came and took my machine, I told him I was using it, but because I take 3 minute rest, he said it was too long and that means I lost the machine, tbh I wouldn't even mind to share the machine, but a trainer taking the machine from a customer seem crazy to me! I think having unprofessional rude trainers pushing away potential customers is probably a very bad business practice. I'm so glad this happen on my free trial day and not after I sign in, because I have never been to a gym where a trainer bully me into giving him my machine and not even wanting to share.Of course I won't be signing in anymore. Bully trainers on this establishment.

Excellent gym with a wide range of equipments and a community that is always willing to help. Super clean and well maintained. Really kind and welcoming staff who is always willing to go the extra mile to help their clients. Couldn't ask for anything more!

I love going to this gym! It has everything you need. Plenty of equipment, so there’s usually no waiting around, friendly staff, who are ready and willing to show you how to use the equipment and qualified personal trainers available to help you reach your goal. The faculties are also clean which is important and it’s 24hrs access. I can’t complain - it’s definitely value for money!

It would be good to teach the trainers of this gym some gym etiquette, so they can act like professionals.

Justin was very clear with communication, and took the time to show me around the gym on the day I visited, which was their open day.I appreciated the chance to trial the gym as part of their recent open day.
