We hired Fred for a property pre-purchase inspection.We were very happy with his report and inspection, he has a lot of experience in the building/property industry and was able to spot issues such as the lack of under-floor access and under-house ventilation. He also identified bits of asbestos still visible in parts of the house.We recommend Fred and would definitely use him again.
