Had my son’s haircut and they did an amazing job. He has sensory issues and they made it an easy experience for him. This salon is really God-sent to me especially when it was always a difficult time for me to cut my son’s hair in the past.

When we arrived at the Modbury triangle store, we were 'greeted' by a woman who was so unfriendly, not smiling and quite abrupt. Overpriced at $29 for a few little snips of my toddler's hair. The experience was a lot less pleasant than we expected. Yeah the 'car' seats are good to distract little ones but not worth paying so much.I'd suggest people just go elsewhere and pay less.

I can't speak highly enough of the team. They were professional and understanding when giving our toddler a haircut. The haircut went smoothly and we are incredibly grateful to them. Thank you

Heard great things, experience wasn’t the greatest.... kept teasing my son based on his hair cut choice, comments like at least you can look back in 20 years time and have a laugh etc weren’t ideal. A 9 year old hears these comments and understands them. My other son was told he doesn’t want to look like a goober.Felt very rushed, all 3 boys in and out in less than 30 mins, no product used, the boys were left itchy as the hair wasn’t properly cleaned off them. Won’t return.

You would expect this place to do kids haircuts only, however they did an amazing job on my mums hair. This is surprising because my mum normally is very frustrated with her hair, we've tried numerous things, and she always goes back to a basic ponytail. However they made her hair look lovely and full, and then styled it into an elegant up do. They also did pretty well on my super fine hair when I did a hair trial, and I'm confident they will do a lovely job for my wedding. Thank you.

Very kid-friendly salon, and the stylists have always styled my son’s hair really nicely.

I had my hair done today at St Agnes and have never left a hair appointment crying the moment I walked out the door until today .I went today to have my hair fixed after it was left uneven from my last hair cut , this hair cut has made me look like a boy or I have a mulletI’m absolutely devastated, i asked for at shoulder length and it’s way above . I asked for curtain bangs and what I was given is a short uneven fringe, once it dried you could see how jagged the cut is and the front is so much shorter than the back making it look as if I have a mullet . It looks terrible I can’t even put it to hide it . There is no way to fix it as that would require going shorter. My hair was better before this cut even with it being uneven.
