I am visiting my sister in Perth and we decided to have a go at a kickboxing session.The instructor Lisa was very friendly and welcoming. I have never done kickboxing before and she was so helpful in giving out instructions to new beginners throughout the whole time. The session was energetic and fun. It was a really great workout and would highly recommend anyone wishing to give kickboxing a try. Totally loved the session and would definitely carry on going!

Just finished my 4th class, had 3 different instructors and they've all been great! Im a total novice and haven't done strenuous exercise in a long time, but everyone was so welcoming and made me feel at ease. Thank you!

Awesome place to work out. Instructors are great and you work to your own pace. They will also give you alternate exercises/moves if you have any injuries.
