Great coaches with lots of knowledge to share. They welcome you with big open arms as it is like one big crazy family! Definitely reccomend joining if you want to learn some new skills or even just get fit, lots pf different times and classes available for everyone!

Great instructors, always looking to get the best from their students. The kids love it without realising how hard they are working. They benefit in so many ways, physically, emotionally and mentally. I highly recommend both the kids and adult classes for anyone looking for something to get you moving. It feels like you are part of something special.
