Becky and her team are incredible. Enchanting, gorgeuous, witty and superb at their craft. I requested an appointment in the morning and they got me in that afternoon. They did a fantastic men's style cut and I highly recommened them as the best. Life isn't perfect... but your hair can be. Go visit Becky, you won't regret it.

The team at Becky B are incredible! I can walk in and say “I don’t know what I want” or show them a photo “something like this” and they make magic happen! I always leave feeling absolutely amazing! They never compromise the health of my hair. The atmosphere is fun and easy. Prices are incredibly reasonable considering how educated the Becky B team are in the hair industry and the quality of products they use. I have always had a 10/10 experience in the few years I have been going to Becky’s! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have always seen Becky B (North Lakes) and they have always been busy, I managed to get an appointment for a colour and cut and boy was it fun. Becky is amazing.. sunshine in a bottle and her staff are equally sweet and friendly. I had the best time and my hair looks and feels great! Thank you.. can;t wait for my next app in a few weeks.. I finally found my hair home :) Lets not forget those beautiful receptionists Lucifer and Mazikeen.. Highlight no pun intended :)

I'm so disappointed to be writing this review. I thought I'd found my salon! It was a great vibe! All the girls there were lovely. It was lots of fun and the salon owner was very vibrant. I was feeling really great about making them my choice to take the plunge to a full head of copper. It cost more than $500 and took 7.5hrs all up. I didn't mind because I was feeling so excited about the end result and they had to do a lot of colour correction. I started to feel nervous with the final blow dry. The colour was not what I wanted and was quite uneven and patchy at the roots. The roots were a deeper orangy copper and the ends quite yellow. The end result was quite a fluro orange. I was trying to keep calm and optimistic and thought possibly I was just in shock because it was just such a huge drastic change. Everyone had been so excited all day and worked so hard that I just didn't even feel comfortable complaining at that time and decided to give it a day or 2. As soon as I took my make-up off I knew I hated it and the next day I was even more disappointed. I decided to politely message the salon that I wasn't happy and thought they would tell me to come straight in to put another toner over the top. I knew I still wanted to be copper but the current fluro yellow/orange wasn't it and I fully expected them to want me to love my colour as much I did and was disappointed with the response. I was told my hair had been through alot and to just leave it. I messaged back saying I was in a meltdown mode and really needed it fixed. I was just brushed off again and left feeling completely abandoned. I didn't understand why they couldn't just put a rinse over the top. I honestly expected my happiness with my end result to be important to them. I emailed a 3rd time asking advice and was offered a colour conditioner for $55. Feeling defeated I called my regular salon and they fit me in straight away. They were in disbelief at my experience and couldn't understand why I wasn't asked to come straight in to get a toner over the top that could have been Done quickly at the sink with no damage at all. Another $130 later I left my salon super happy with the copper of my dreams and a bad taste in my mouth for Becky b hair salon. Had they shown more care and got me back in this would have been a 5 star review.

If you want your hair done with a little extra care and attention, in a fun atmosphere, then this is the salon for you.Thank you for my hair colour and cut and thank you for fixing it up when I didn't like it the first time round. You showed understanding and were very professional.

After giving it a day (and natural lighting) to settle into my new colour, I'm coming back with a raving review on not just the colour job but also the customer service provided by not just one but all the girls within Becky B Hair North Lakes. They are a welcoming bunch that can make even the most socially awkward person more comfortable. I was made part of the discussion revolving around what I wanted to do with my hair and given more viable options that in the end worked better for me than the initial colour that I had in mind. All the ladies there are a wonderful, friendly, know how to crack a joke but keep the customer happy with their quick and on the fly humour but deep knowledge about hair and what will work with the customer. I will be back ladies, thanks so much for the great experience!

The girls were very lovely, great result with my hair and reasonable pricing. Happy customer for sure ☺️

I just want to write that I have had issues in the past with finding a trustworthy hairdresser that listens and at the same actually knows what they are doing. I have been going to Becky’s salon for a year and each time have found the staff to be super professional, friendly and talented at what they do. Becky in particular is super knowledgeable and because of her, I now love my hair and look forward to my hair appointments. She is professional, friendly and fun. All of her staff seem to love working there and enjoy her as their boss. The environment is welcoming and light hearted and considering the current climate, they have remained this way which in its self is an achievement. I cannot recommend this salon enough.
