I have worked with Rezzi on three residential settlements now (going back to 2012 when they were still known as 'Residential Settlements'). I can not praise the whole team enough for their seamless work and professionalism time and time again! We signed the contact for 10 working days settlement with possibly tenant not moving out.Peter Fletcher was giving us a very professional response to deal with seller. Letting us without to deal with tenant going staying in the property 3 days after settlement with rent issues.Also Chris Budiselic was very friendly to go though all the process.Merry Christmas to all the Rezzi Team member .Highly recommend Rezzi.
