Worst experience ever! Worst doctors that I’ve ever had to deal with. I came in for my daughter who had hurt her arm and I had heard a crack - she was definitely in pain.The male doctor who I saw was so abusive verbally and physically to my daughter who was 14 months at the time.He was jerking her arm where the pain was and she was screaming, I asked him to stop and he yelled at me. The reception ladies had to come in and tell him to calm down because he was irate.I was so upset. This was the worst experience and my daughter now hates all male doctors because of this experience. He has clearly traumatised her.So sad that he even has Fellowship.

Absolute rubbish. Don’t bother making an appointment at a time you need because your appointment will be 2 hours later. I always call ahead of time to make sure I’m not sitting and waiting in the clinic and was told I was next. Came in, waited an extra hour and then they let someone else in before me. Extremely unprofessional and a waste of time. Don’t go here!

My Dr wrongly diagnosed my stomach pain for indigestion. Didn't even examine me . I was rushed to hospital with appendicitis. I complained to the Medical Board but it was basically his word against mine. The Medical Centre hires Dr with the worst reputation. That place needs to have some sort of auditing done on these particular Dr who do not provide high level of care .

Lovely doctors and staff when you get there. Very difficult to get through to on the phone. Please set up voicemail for after hours advising poeple what the business hours are and to call back during those. I spent half an hour trying to call after 2.30pm to follow up.

We're lucky to have Dr Jian Li as our family doctor. She cares, very attentive to her patients and she is very friendly. She's a real professional.

Not meeting the safety regulations, will not return anymore. Not recommend to anyone, especially for babies.I was in this medical center this morning for having a vaccine for my baby. While waiting, I need to change my baby’s nappy and I asked them where can I change? The manager showed me the toilet basin. I told her this is not safe from the medical and safety perspective. She told me all people change in here. I told her this is not acceptable.I canceled the vaccine and left.

Doctor was on loudspeaker to an internet provider throughout the whole appointment, and simply put the phone down (while still on loudspeaker) to speak to me. I asked him twice to take loudspeaker off and he said it's fine

Terrible medical centre, dirty, and the layout makes you walk through rooms where people are getting their bloods. My my mum is seeing the dietitian there, she is lovely however she would be doing her career a favour by practicing somewhere else.. its Monday I tried to call and recorded message states the practice is closed however the appointment card clearly states thay its open until 6pm on a Monday!! Why are these people allowed to practice

Really need to up there game,start with changing the new receptionist, she is rude and makes it really hard to have a healthy conversationAnd wait time is 45 to 50 min minimum .
